1.) I'm a Keystone client, how do I sign up to the Website?
Keystone clients are asked to contact Silver Cove Online either through the contact form below, or at firstname.lastname@example.org with their full name, business name, and phone number.
After contacting us we can get you set up!
2.) I'm a Keystone client, do I still qualify for for the monthly discounts and promotions? (i.e. free shipping)
Keystone clients are accorded a different discount schedule separate from our monthly online promotions.
3.) What payment methods are accepted through checkout?
We can accept a wide range of payments, including PayPal, Credit Card (Visa, MasterCard, Amex, Discover), or bank deposit.
4.) What are the shipping costs for orders?
Our shipping costs depend on the weight of the order and are calculated automatically. Keystone clients do not qualify for free shipping.
Larger orders will ship by pallet. Price for shipping will be tendered for quotes and communicated to our clients.
