Each stone represents a different Chakra from the Root to the Crown Chakras and is backed by a gently grounding black basalt.

How Can I Use the Chakra Charging Plate?
These plates can be used for a huge range of activities, whether that is cleansing, energizing, meditation, or for a constant addition to your altar or bedside table!

Place the energy plate on the floor under the massage table, fantastic for Reiki sessions and any other type of massage!
Meditation:
Sit with the plate in front of you while meditating. Focus on each of the chakras separately, allowing blockages to clear and energy to flow.
