Weight: ~36 g

Product Type: One of a Multiple

Pyrolusite is a black to very dark grey Manganese mineral in the Rutile group that is usually found in matte-black powdery-to-fibrous crusts that are sometimes found in botryoidal aggregates, and more rarely found as druzes of small prismatic to tabular dark grey metalic crystals. The hardness varies from only a 2, to a harder 6.5.

These pieces have a red-brown base with pops of deep silver scattered throughout. The pieces are rough to the touch, but incredibly beautiful to look at.

Pyrolusite has been widely described as a stone of transformation, but it is also connected with confidence, and clearing auras. Something interesting about Pyrolusite is that it is thought to have the ability to transform or restructure energies depending on intention.

You are purchasing one (1) Pyrolusite specimen.
